Return Policy & Claims

You may return unused items within 20 days of the shipment date.
There is a 10% restocking fee.

Under no circumstances are we able to issue a refund for items received later than 20 days after the shipment date.

Items received after 20 days will be discarded.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you were offered discounted shipping, the full shipping charges will be deducted from the credit amount.

Return shipping charges are the customers' responsibility.

Please make sure to use a shipping method that is trackable as we cannot issue a refund for items which are not received back at our warehouse.

Include a copy of your sales receipt & please mark the quantities & items being returned.

A refund will be issued and will appear on your credit card billing statement after the product is received in our warehouse.

For replacements, a new order must be placed online.

Return Policy for customers who have received multiple cartons

Our return policy listed above applies, in addition to the following.
We do not charge extra shipping charges for customers whose orders have been packed in multiple cartons. Shipping charges are a flat rate per order. In the event that any of the items or cartons are returned, we will deduct the actual full shipping charges per returned carton from the refund amount.

Canadian orders are final sale.

Claims…

In the event that there are damages or missing merchandise, a claim must be made within 4 business days of receipt of order. We will not issue any refunds or replace any merchandise on claims made after 4 business days.

Our full return policy listed above applies. We will also deduct return shipping charges from the refund amount.
