We do not offer free samples. There are no exceptions. You may order a mix of any items with a $25.00 minimum order. Due to time constraints, we have a limit of 20 different sample items. You may order as many pieces as you want per item but not more than 20 different items. If your order contains more than 20 different sample items, we may cancel your order at this time.

We collect 8.375% sales tax in NY State only.
Upon checking out online, please type1) your fax # & 2) "Form ST-120" into the Customer Message section. We will then fax to you Form ST-120 to be filled out. We will ship your order after you fax back to us a completed copy of this form.
You may return unused items within 20 days of the shipment date. There is a 10% restocking fee. Under no circumstances are we able to issue a refund for items received later than 20 days after the shipment date. Items received after 20 days will be discarded. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you were offered discounted shipping, the full shipping charges will be deducted from the credit amount. Return shipping charges are the customers' responsibility. Please make sure to use a shipping method that is trackable as we cannot issue a refund for items which are not received back at our warehouse.
Please email us to issue such request and be sure to indicate the reason for your dissatisfaction. A refund will be issued and will appear on your credit card billing statement after the product is received in our warehouse. For replacements, a new order must be placed online.
Return Policy for customers who have received multiple cases
Our return policy listed above applies, in addition to the following. We do not charge extra shipping charges for customers ordering multiple cases. Shipping charges are a flat rate per order. In the event that any of the cases are returned, we will deduct the actual full shipping charges per returned case from the refund amount.

Claims…
In the event that there are damages or missing merchandise, a claim must be made within 5 business days of receipt of order. We will not issue any refunds or replace any merchandise on claims made after 5 business days.

We reserve the right to change the prices of any of our products at any time. We do not offer price adjustments, price matching, or price guarantees of any kind.
We gladly accept Visa, & Mastercard. Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D. orders.
