Canadian Customers

We are pleased to announce a new & exciting Fedex Shipping program for our Canadian customers.

Previously, Canadian customers were receiving upon delivery an additional bill from UPS for Customs & Taxes. This extra bill was very expensive.

With our new Fedex program, the customer will not have to pay anything extra upon delivery.

At the start of the program, we will be shipping orders to Canada once every ten busine days. Eventually, we will be shipping to Canada once to twice a week.

We have collaborated & worked hard with Fedex to arrange this new program.

Using this program will save Canadian Customers money.

Canadian Program policies:
1- No additional charges upon delivery
2- Orders will ship from our warehouse every ten business days. Eventually, orders will ship from our warehouse once to twice a week
3- Undeliverable orders will not be returned to our warehouse. It will be discarded by Fedex. We will not issue a refund for undeliverable orders. Please check your address information carefully. Please include your correct phone number so we may contact you if we are informed there is a delivery problem.
4- Canadian orders are final sale.
5- We must collect 5% GST. This will be calculated into your order at checkout
